Asset Management

Strawberry Star Asset Management is responsible for end-to-end management of Residential and Commercial Assets worth £1.4bn delivered by the Group. In the long-term, we will manage the entire pipeline of Assets currently under development, future developments and support the wider group through a range of unique services.

Our Assets include Land, build-to-rent and service charge developments with a wide variety of tenures, including residential, commercial, retail, offices and many more. We offer benefits to all customers through a series of incremental gains to achieve best in class results. Our strategy echoes the wider group through:

Pioneering Technology

Our organisational structure allows us to swiftly adapt to emerging technology, linking building functions to people through apps, portals and IT.

Exceptional Staff

The team’s background stems from market leaders in new build property, rejuvenation projects, legacy developments and landed estates. We work closely with the Group to ensure that the vision of our new home is delivered ready for “day 1” of any new scheme.

Operating the ‘day to day’ Property & Facilities Management

We work innovatively to comply with all policy and procedure frameworks. We select contractors through a rigorous set of criteria to ensure that our customers benefit from economies of scale.

Ensure returns at a Sustainable level

On sites where our interests are of a build-to-rent or mixed-use nature, we work from the base-upwards to consider our gross-to-net yields.

We derive sustainable results for our investors to ensure that our customers are associated with our brand over the long-term. This is evidenced by a number of awards and recognition throughout the Real Estate industry.

We work with communities and Government to create places people desire to live. This involves subsequently managing sites to protect the value of our customer’s purchases.

By staying involved in our sites, purchasers in the future can trust that Strawberry Star homes are built to last and that we as a Group remain invested in them.

In all areas, we consider how best to minimise costs over 10 years of planned preventative maintenance, and create sinking funds responsibly so as to smooth out any larger capital costs over time. We manage our sites to strict budgeting procedures and best practice in the industry.
