Senior Development Manager - Homes
The candidate will be part of the Development team and take responsibility for successful delivery of complex development projects through defined milestones, from inception through to completion. The role, based out of London, will assist the Director – Strawberry Star Homes to manage the internal Development team. As our residential portfolio covers private, affordable and PRS units, with the developments being a mixture of Townhouses, Medium & High- Rise and Large-Scale Urban Regeneration, we are looking for a high calibre development professional. The candidate must have a good understanding of the property development process, particularly planning and construction. PRS exposure is an added advantage. Manager/Senior Manager (Channel Partner) – New Homes
The candidate will identify, develop and foster relationships with channel partners in the UK market to build a network for channel partner-driven sales for our New Homes business. Organising partner training and enablement leading to a strong sales pipeline are key responsibilities. Candidates with a good working relationship with mortgage advisors, solicitors, investment advisors, accountants and specialists in community networking are preferred. Sales Manager – New Homes, Luton
The candidate will be responsible for creating a strong sales pipeline for our new residential properties in London and the commuter belt towns, and deliver high quality customer service-oriented deals. In addition to promoting and selling current New Home schemes, the candidate will work closely with the Senior Sales Manager (Channel Partners) to work on the P&L and targets on an annual basis. This role will report into Senior Sales Manager, New Homes. Candidates should have ideally worked in similar roles in well-known property companies. This position is based out of Luton.
