Strawberry Star Wins Multiple Awards At International Property Awards 2020

Strawberry Star celebrates multiple award wins at the renowned International Property Awards (IPA) 2020.

Finding out their rating in December, the team are up for four different awards for three developments across the South-East, including:

  • Harlow Quarter – Mixed Use Development for the UK region
  • Bronze – Residential Development for the London region
  • Bronze – Residential Interior Design Show Home for the London region
  • Lu2on – Mixed Use Architecture for the East of England region

Chairman of Strawberry Star, Santhosh Gowda comments: “We are committed to delivering fantastic homes to London and the South-East, and the awards are a testament to this. To date we have delivered over 2,500 homes, have acquired 1.5 million square foot to date, and have £1.4bn assets under management. We have a strong team, and we are actively pursuing our ambitious aspirations.”

Last year, Lu2on won the Best Mixed Use Development Award with a 5-star rating. Lu2on also won the Best Development Marketing Award for the East of England region in 2019.

The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.
