Senior Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Development Manager to lead the identification, evaluation, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of property developments across residential, commercial, hospitality, and golf / leisure resort sectors. The role spans the full development lifecycle—from site acquisition and feasibility through planning, design, construction, and final delivery—ensuring projects are commercially viable, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards. Frequent site visits across London and the surrounding counties are a must; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
