Senior Manager (Channel Partners) – New Homes

The candidate will be responsible for channel partner-driven sales of our New Homes business by identifying, developing and fostering relationships with our channel partners in the UK market. Responsibilities include organising partner training and enablement leading to a strong sales pipeline while setting benchmarks for channel partner-driven sales. Candidates with 8-10 years of experience in similar roles and well networked with channel partners, such as, mortgage advisors, solicitors, investment advisors, accountants and specialists in community networking in London and the commuter belt towns are preferred. Senior Land Manager / Associate Director

The Senior Land Manager / Associate Director will take part in land acquisition and planning cycle. The candidate will play an integral role in site identification, conducting feasibility studies, acquisition and land buying, undertaking appraisals and planning within the business. Working in a small team, the candidate will lead his/her own work while working closely with the team to develop large scale projects.
