Strawberry Star Developments is looking to acquire new sites that broadly meet the following criteria:

Size


  • Minimum of 50 to 100 residential apartments
  • Minimum £50m GDV and above

Location


  • Greater London (particularly Zones 2 to 6)
  • Less than 10-minute walk to an Underground, Mainline, or Crossrail Station

Planning


  • Our preference is to acquire sites without planning. However, we will consider sites with an existing planning  consent

 

Deal Structure


We are highly flexible on the deal structure, and will agree on deals on the following basis:-

  • Unconditional sale
  • Subject to planning
  • Consented sites
  • Joint-venture partnership (you provide the land, we provide all funding and        development management, we share the development profits 50:50)
  • Off-market negotiation is preferred, but we will tender for particularly desirable sites
