Size


  • Minimum of 200 to 1500 residential apartments
  • Minimum £50m GDV and above
  • Sub £650 Per Square Foot

 

Location


  • Zone 3-6 and Commuter Towns
  • Less than 45-minutes into Central London Stations
  • Outside M25

 

Planning


  • Our preference is to acquire sites without planning. However, we will consider sites with an existing planning  consent

 

Deal Structure


We are highly flexible on the deal structure, and will agree deals on the following basis:-

  • Unconditional and Conditional Purchases
  • Subject to planning
  • Consented sites
  • Joint-venture partnership
  • Off-market negotiation is preferred, but we will tender for particularly desirable sites
  • Income generated sites with maximum 3 year lease
