Sitting between Battersea and Vauxhall in the London boroughs of Wandsworth and Lambeth, in zone 1, Nine Elms is probably Europe’s largest regeneration project and has seen c. £15bn of investment. Already benefitting from exceptional transport links by bus, underground and train, these services are set to get even better when the Northern Line Extension opens next year.

It’s central London’s largest regeneration zone at 561 acres, and yet it remains a little-known gem despite the dramatic transformation underway. Over £1bn is being injected into the redevelopment of the area and its infrastructure, including two brand new underground stations, a new meandering park stretching east to west, and the opening up of the riverside with a new path stretching along Nine Elms.
